It works. I pay them $25 a month and also have the self credit card. My score jumped 50 points the first month & I keep my utilization below 10%.

Make sure to never try to make 2 pymts in one month .. and keep your recipts

I use self and my credit report has been A and B in two categories. My major hits are the debt settlement program I went through and the agencies reporting it to my report after being paid off

They suck .. screwed me all up bc I made 2 payments in one month thinking I would be a month caught up .. but nooooo they counted it as 1 dang pymt.. now it's on my credit as a bad debt AND AND LATE PYMT wtf kinda crap is that

How long do you have to build credit using the 25 dollar a month loan before you should apply for the visa?

You need to have at least $100. Paid into the loan before being approved for the visa

Don't be late with Self. Even if you were late for 30 days and ask for a courtesy goodwill adjustment. They will flat out say NO!

I’m wondering after 2 years how much will the credit score increase and then after the 2 years should I do this whole process again to keep increasing my score?

Depends on your credit situation, roughly 10-30 points in 1 year, after that you do not need this product any more, does not matter if you have this account for 1 or 10 years your credit score will only increase so much

I read where you said your score doesnt go up after a year, but it gives you another 12 months of positive payment history, with that thinking should you pay this off and get another loan and get another boost to the score or finish the 12 months?

really depends on what you are trying to do w your credit but a good rule of thumb is the more accts w/ positive payment history the better, 5 personal loans,( preferably no credit pulls) 5 credit cards w/ low or no balances,
