I did this when I first started my credit. I had 690 credit when I was done. And got almost $800 back. I think it’s a good choice for somebody barely starting out

Don’t get ripped off at those rent to own shops. Buy used or get a personal loan from a bank or a credit union. Those rent to own shops including REC, Conn’s, Aerons, etc. are parasites that pray on the financially disadvantaged including college students, low income, military.

Self is the only one that worked well for me. Set it up as auto pay and continue to loan out don't try to pay it off early. Get the little credit card and use it every now and again and let come out. It works perfectly.

Don't use current my card had fraud hit it for $200 only 2 weeks after I got it and they said I won't get the money back till possibly September and rn it's June!! No one had my card info besides me, my work, and current!!!

Took a month to get my payout. And 1 late payment dropped me by A LOT like 25 points. Took forever to get it back up. If you use this DO NOT MISS a payment, time to rebuild cancels it out. This was when they had 12 month options

I know a guy that used to work for Rent- a center type place doing repos. He got shot trying to repo a fish tank. now he is paralyzed and cant work. His whole life is ruined because someone bought a fishtank on credit and didnt pay the bill. I told him I never knew you could rent to own a fish tank. he said it was huge like 100 gallons.

everyone has a different strategy when it comes to credit building , but what has worked for me & people i have worked with is small secure loans, you want to show low DTI, 6-12 mnth loan is all you need, if you want to show 24 months of on time payments,, open another loan at the end of your 6 m term, no you have 4 loans shown paid satisfactory vs 1 + you keep your DTI low,

I have a collection debt over 6 yrs. Must we wait til after 7 years to attempt to report to get removed? Or what about charge off debt not reported to a collection agency but showing up as a charge off over 7 yrs?

Hey brother so I did the process you made a video about with the BBB and Experian to file a dispute with two separate accounts and the first one got removed in 16 hours the second one got removed a week later and I’m happy my score went up immediately over 35 points two collections removed over 2,000$

Thank you, sir! I was wondering what the scam would be when I received one of these. Your time was worth a lot more than the $2 from the wheel! I have had the same experience you described, where the salesman ran my credit after being told not to. Dropped my score but it made me mad enough to buy someplace else.
