■Tart
80g unsalted butter
45g powder sugar
24g egg
15g ground almonds
100g cake flour
25g bread flour
10g cocoa powder
1g salt
■Creme brulee
3 egg yolks
50g sugar
200g heavy cream
100g milk
vanilla beans

Iv always had the problem being hungry right after eating especially after seeing food. heck sometimes I’m hungry and full at same time so I think I have some type of eating disorder I haven’t been diagnosed with. Or have tapeworm. Which suck cus I’m on a very strict diet right now. I’m not allowed to eat hardly anything. And I can’t have anything with lots of sodium. My cholesterol is high. I have salt substitute I use. For cooking with.

もう作るのは3回めくらいかな？ クレームブリュレタルトほんとにおいしくて 家族にも大好評なんです♥️ ブリュレはとろけるような舌触りで タルトはサクッと香ばしくて 相性抜群です。 ひだまりさんの他のレシピもたくさんチャレンジしてますが わかりやすく短くまとめてくださってるので 私初心者にもかかわらず全部成功してます。 あと寝る前に、明日はどれ作ろうかな？と ひだまりさんの動画を見てると 音が心地良くてAMSR効果か、 ちょうどいい具合に眠りにつけます。 重ね重ねありがとうございます♪

What a great start to my Friday with Hidamari! My husband loves creme brulee and this is a lovely tart version that I'm going to try. Thank you. Oh, and the unexpected sweet voice in the background reminds me that I'm a guest in a friend's house, watching her bake. 💕🍰💕
