Wow, wow, wow! I am definitely going to make this. I appreciate the work invested to prepare. Here in the U.S. I tend to see more filters added such as breadcrumbs and always wished to find a recipe without crumbs as a the binding agent. Definitely saving this recipe to my subfolder! Cheers!
