Fish Cakes / Fish burgers | Perima's Kitchen Recipe!
Ingredients:
350 grams deboned hake fillet
Oil
Ginger & garlic
Thyme
Lemon juice
2/3 potatoes
One onion
Half a bunch coriander
Quarter bunch mint
0.5 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp jeera power ( cumin)
0.5 tsp Dhania powder (coriander)
Green chilies
Salt
Drizzle a tsp of oil
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs

Hi love your vids , you should open a restaurant or at least start your own business i.e. if you do not have one by now. Back in Durban after 14 years in Cape Town enjoying the food can now put on some weight. If you looking for starting your own business let me know it would not cost you a leg and an arm . Back in Cape Town there are a few Indian home kitchen restaurants that are doing very well. Wishing you all the success with your channel.
