When I made these, I didn’t have corn starch so I used corn flour instead 😂. The texture was softer and more like a potato wedge and yet they tasted AMAZING. I can only wonder about how they would taste when super crispy.

yummmm! i tried this about a week ago and i accedentially boiled it in oil the first time and didn’t let the oil get hot and so they were very soggy but still delicious. i’m going to try it again and hopefully i can make a good batch of fries!! UPDATE: i made a super good batch! they turned out sooo crispy and delish!

Hey guys just wanted to make you aware of something. If your using a pot to fry like he is it’s ok to salt before frying but if you have a frying machine salt is really bad for the machine so maybe salt after frying instead. This is just a recommendation have a nice day ^^
