방금 식사 하고 식품회사 품질 종사자로서 남깁니다. 1 . 위생 - 길거리 음식에 큰 위생 생각하심 안뎁니다. 물론 그렇다고 이곳이 위생에 문제 있다고 생각하심 ㄴㄴ(해당 업체는 제조업체가 아니므로 법적 위생문제에 대한 제재가 적음) 2. 가격 - 원산지 확인은 안했지만 국산이면 혜자고 외국산이라더 문제 ㄴㄴ 그렇디만 싸다는 생각은 없음(기본+야채값 1000/거진 성인 2인이 2만원이 넘는 값을 지불하는것을 목격! 음식점 가도 2만원이면 쾌적하게 먹을 수 있음 3. 기타 - 기본 시키니까 별로 안좋아 하심! 자꾸 기본 맞냐고 몇번을 물어보심! (갠적인 기분 안좋았음) - 한끼 식사로서 먹는 건 괜찮으니, 유튜브를 보고 굳이 지방에서 기차타고 이거 드시러 오는 분 봣는데 안쓰러웠음. 시간이 아까울거 같음 - 볶음밥 한다고 소비자에게 고기를 직접 용ㄱ에 담게 하는 행위는 매우 불쾌함 4. 결론(개인적인) - 지역주민이면 호기심에 먹을 거 같으나 유튜브를 통해 굳이 지방에서 이거 먹으러 석계까지 온다면 매우 매우 비효율 적이라 생각함! 지하철 비용 및 시간이 매우 아까움 (커플일 경우 무슨 대단한 부귀 영화 및 깨달음을 느낄지 모르겠음/내 여친 이면 이거 안맥임) + 앞서 오신분들도 그렇고 대부분 결제를 계좌이체로 하시더군요. 현금 및 계좌이체만 받으시는 것 같습니다. 참고하세요 + 쌈장 달라고 해놓고 다 안먹고 가면 모라고 하시더라구요. 제가 뒷손님이긴 했지만 그 말 듣고 달라는 말을 못하겠더군요. 싼 가격도 아닌데 눈치도 봐야하는지..

U just think about lard oil. Nothing special actually. Korean used to cook with Pork oil, usually not waste all parts of food (especially Beef n Pork)

여기 타코야끼랑 삶은 고구마 팔았었는데.. 여기 다른 타코야끼집보다 비싼데 맛도 너뭉닚어서 학교갈때 이앞에서 버스 타서 맨날 지나다녀도 여기서 타코야끼 사먹는 사람 한번도 못봤었는데 안본새에 메뉴를 바꾸셨구나..

Alright what started out looking like a grilled pork belly which by the way seem delicious ended up turning into what I would call a pork stir-fry!! Amazing I❤ how this lady put a variety of veggies w/ this pork belly!! Outstanding👍🍖👍

I figured it had to be a stir-fry or something along those lines. That was too thick of a hunk of pork to get properly cooked on that grill from a frozen state, it just had to get cut up.

Bacon is cured and sometimes smoked, depending on the type of bacon. This appears to be raw, uncured pork belly. And it looks awesome.

다코야끼 좋아해서 한 번 포장했었는데 만드는 과정보고 진짜 뜨악해서 먹는데 너무 찝찝했어요..특별히 먹는거에 예민하지도 않고 길거리 음식이라 감안하는데도 너무 비위생적이였어요...진짜 아주머니 청결 많이 신경쓰셔야 할 것 같아요ㅜ
