3 жыл бұрынOkoy Recipe (also spelled as ukoy) that is crispy and tasty. In this video, we will show you how to cook okoy that is crispy and not soggy.
This new way of cooking Okoy is made to achieve the crispy-licious texture with all the goodness of your traditional okoy. Crispy Ukoy / Okoy is usually served with vinegar as the dipping sauce. This dish is perfect to eat on its own or with rice!

I love how you made these, especially pouring the batter whilst the mixture is on the slotted spoon - I never thought to do that - what a great idea! I will be making these later - wish me luck - I hope I can do them as well as you!!

It's a technique we learned so the veggies will stay crispy. We tried pouring the whole mixture and it made the Okoy chewy not crispy.
