I learned this skill watching ronaldo back in 2008 on that training with portugal. But that a skill only to show that you have good ball control.. not to do it in a professional game. I'm not blaming Antony he is a skilled Guy and thank God he came to ManUtd. But this skill can help by doing a 180° ball control to change direction. CR7 knows a lot of tricks that he doens't perform in a match.

@@anandu6284 because of weight training. Look at Ronaldo's physique before 2018, he was so much more muscular like, he was almost bodybuilder jacked. He just kept very low body fat so he didn't look as imposing wearing his full sleeves still very powerful. Whenever he took off his shirt, his vascularity was just so authentically pleasing and his legs I don't even wanna talk the deadlifts he must've been pulling. Compare that to post 2018, yes he's still muscular and has a great body with very low body fat but has lost so much muscles. Especially in his back, his back used to be so wide, now he's just super low body fat. He did that to increase his insurance as being that muscular while running and getting older is difficult.

He should mix deceptive moves inside the spin to throw people off. And he should mix left foot and right foot, anti-clockwise vs clockwise. Needs also a cancel, to cancel the move into another move (like in video games, where a move can be cancelled into something else). Capoeira comes from Brazil, it is rhythmic and dance-like. It should be used to hide intention and hide your next move. Be unpredictable.
