I love Travis trying to be supportive of Ashley getting into the Grog voice, and then just being absolutely scandalized at _STONEjaw_

It’s so adorable how Matt is an absolute powerhouse as a DM who can hold a completely immersive dramatic conversation between multiple NPCs during regular critical role, but when he’s just Matt he’s just a dork like the rest of us and every time he makes a joke he looks at Marisha hoping she laughs.

All the others: Hmmm, let's craft an intricate, detailed story full of twists and turns, that'll throw them off. Travis Effing Willingham: Well, I rolled a Nat 20 on Performance, so I'm gonna wing this ish.

The fact that Taliesin worked so hard to break the cast with his story, but all it took was Travis Willingham's improvised vlog to completely throw everyone into chaos XD

maybe it's because I also have ADHD, but this felt like the easiest story to follow. like it's muscles, macaroni, then the arena fight. a beautiful three act structure.

We’ve had foreign language from Liam, alliteration from Tal, complicated details from Laura, a musical number from Sam, and Ashley pretending that information was forgotten... But Travis, in a show of complete improv, managed to destroy EVERYONE with his secret ingredient: Chaos! When he left to turn into Macaroni I was so shocked and confused I forgot half of the story, it worked so well. Also Laura bailing was the FUNNIEST THING, I was dying of laughter. I need season 2, ASAP. We need Matt to do a Kiri story because that has such a potential to cause absolute annihilation with her story told through secondhand quotes 😂

I like how Taliesin’s Grog slowly devolves into angry Percy with a sore throat.

The moment Taliesin realized he was turning into cookie monster and could not stop himself after realizing that made me laugh so hard I had to pause the video

Hearing everyone try to do Mac’s voice is hilarious, and they all missed Mac’s plot to dominate the world.

All I remember about Macaroni Samsonite is the voice, that he sat in a chariot on Liam's back and that he rolled ridiculously high stats LOL

I love how Sam's renditions have evolved from riffing his own story off what he heard to being super accurate yet still absolutely roasting the rest of the cast

I love the idea that Grog doesn't know the ABCs and can't count but knows every single muscle in the human body, where it is, and what it does.🤣

Laura’s inability to even remember the rest of the story is the most fitting end to this

Ashley acting as if she did nothing when they cited all of the ways to make stories difficult... I remember she was the one that put an "I forgot to tell you about..." in her original story. That was one of the most devilish things anybody did, up there with the aliterations.

All very easy to remember.” And they’re like “how can I work out all of those muscle groups in one easy way?” And I say “ you grab your axe and you reach back and... hey, wait a minute there, I didn’t know there was anymore ale. I want some.” *panting* “What a dummy, leaving such an amazing communication device behind. Macaroni Samsonite here, me and my pal buddy are going to take over all of Tal'dorei under the guise of the Darrington Brigade. But first... oh shit” “Hey get away from there you little weasel, dinglebat, piece of shit. Oh hi... erm what was I talking about. For once it didn’t fall apart at 3rd, real proud of Matt. Also I find it both impressive and very funny that Travis pretty much made up his whole story on the spot.

What are the odds everyone remembers Macaroni Samsonite, the one shot character's name, but Grog Strongjaw becomes something different?

Now that Travis has opened up the possibility of playing multiple characters in the same Narrative Telephone, I hope so much that Taliesin just straight up gives us a Percy vs Mollymauk Rap Battle

This goes to show you don't need alliteration, foreign languages, numerology, or a long list of difficult character names. It may be even funnier when a simple character monologue still turns to mush. Anyway I love this series, and I look forward to ya'll coming back to it eventually. It's one of my favorite things on KZfaq.

Honestly I think we can say that everyone except for maybe Marisha definitely “Ashleyed” this story

I would love for Matt to tell a Zorth story. Maybe how he lost his arms, or Moorbounder training, anything by that character really.

Am I the only one who sometimes forgets these people are voice actors and then Matt and Liam go and pull off both Grog and Macaroni Samsonite near perfectly, almost as if just to blow my mind?

My wife makes fun of me for my peanut butter and pickle sandwiches. I'm now validated by Grog, so I feel like I've 100% won that argument now.

Can we just talk about how when cast was watching Laura's and she starts blanking and then laughs. This whole time I thought it was Laura's laugh but it was actually Ashley laughing and it was in sync with Laura's silent laugh and made it look like hers.

All honesty though, if Travis actually made a Grog Strongjaw youtube channel, I'd subscribe instantly. Also Macaroni & Buddy are now officialy CR's version of Pinky & The Brain.
