Ufff. I'm a truck driver looking for a way to cook these over the road in my 2qt single temp slow cooker. I have no oven to finish them off in. Do you have a recipe for a more simple way to cook these for one person? I'm new to cooking so I'll need as much detail as possible lol

You could finish them off in an air fryer but honestly you can skip that part. They will still be delicious. Thank you for watching and commenting

Brown them before putting them in the slow cooker and skip the oven. I’d add some carrots and or potatoes and some broth and skip the ketchup and add some barbecue sauce near the end of cooking. To each their own.

This western style cut of ribs is my fav, meatier than the st. louis cut and a bit cheaper also. Just like you're doing, the crock pot is the key.

Obviously not the sauce recipe she used. Cooked ribs were brown with no evidence of the sauce.
