A light hearted look at Mandy's parkrun this week as we have already visited this parkrun before. There was rain, but there was also cake, and a little mixup at the end too. Hope you enjoy x

That was a great video! I'm nearly at 200 Parkruns at Cross Flatts and I don't think I've ever even noticed that wee garden. I've seen the path, but never went down it to look. I also seem to have an annoying habit of missing every milestone at Cross Flatts - I've missed the 500 now and I'm pretty sure I've missed the last few birthday runs there too. I always just seem to have something on those weekends!

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it. Yeah we turn up to parkruns ready to blaze round and sometimes miss the hidden gems at these places. I really appreciated this yesterday. We seem to be on a milestone mission / hunt for cake at the minute but if you don't keep an eye on Facebook or the 5k app, they are easy to miss.

Always entertaining Craig & Mandy✅Well done Mandy, watched the whole run and saw you (Craig) pushing Mandy, cracking the whip😂 As I say to lower order runners when I’m filming, “not many people can do that”😊💪Thought Mandy’s running style was pretty good, watch out Craig…😂

Thanks Andy, glad you enjoyed it. Yes i thought that too on a couple of the effort clips, definitely coming for me lol You're quite right, and the amount of people who might still be in bed on a Saturday at that time too, always worthy of a pat on the back :0)

I've done 9 park runs at Woodhouse moor and have yet to go sub 40, PB 40.26. Am 62 and just started about a year ago. Love the Vids. Well done Mandy.

Love this. Took me a year to be able to run a mile when I stared in my early 30's so massive kudos to you. I'm sure with that time we could get you under that 40 😉 Thank you for watching and glad you're enjoying the videos 🥰

Cheers Craig and Mandy. Loved this video so much. 😆🤣 You're such a hard taskmaster but Mandy sneaking a sub 40 made it all worthwhile. Discarding instead of saving the run was a schoolboy error - once did that after a marathon and was genuinely mortified. Well done to you both. Looking forward to seeing the Leeds 10k video. Keep up the great work.

We had lots of fun (or at least I did 😅) Yes I have discarded a run too (not a race that would have taken me some time to get over 😉) but I did feel for her knowing how diving into the details afterwards is part of the enjoyment. Shared my strava so all isn't lost lol. Remembered this was where we met you so was looking out to say hello if you were there. Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching 🥰

@@TheRunningWhale Ran solo marathon distance yesterday and seriously thought about including Cross Flatts parkrun in that. Quite difficult timing it right without too much stop-starting so in the end, decided just to concentrate on the 26.2miles.
