That is perhaps one of the coolest things I've seen you build. Loved it! Also love the "Classics" moniker you're putting on these. Have you done or will you be doing a video(s) on sharpening hand saws?

Put some counter weight on it so it does not "swiffel down".

Would full size 4" square washers give you a more stable and equally distributed tension on those file handles?

Cody you might want to put a small pad at all four ends of the feet so you don't a wobble on a uneven floor.

Maybe add a few thin gauge aluminum flanges on rather side of you're lock channel. This will keep the washer from biting into the wood. Over time, the biting will ruin the integrity of the lock.

Or, You might put a good layer of silicone caulk on the wood contact side of your locking washers. Of better yet, both aluminum and silicone.

+demk818 I notice the videos again and then realize they are on his other channel that i am subscribed to also ....I wonder why he is doing this ? Not that i mind because i always enjoy them the 2nd time he posts them
