Incidentally, the dough is also ideal for crackers. To do this, bake the spread dough without cutting it into pieces and then simply break it into small pieces. We love it!
The advantage of larger pieces, you can toast it better if it eventually loses its crispiness.

Recipe:
70g tender oat flakes
70g ground oat flakes or oat flour
70g mixed seeds (optional)
1 tsp salt
210 ml warm water
3 tbsp oil
It is baked at 170 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat)
