While the op is really catchy, I just feel like the style doesn’t belong for a slice of life anime. In my opinion this song style feels like it’s better for the anime how not to summon a demon lord. It feels very dramatic like some type of major fight is gonna take place at the end of the anime. I still really like the song tho.

As a kid I was bad for day dreaming in class. Often staring out the window as I did. I remember once in middle school (grade 7?) I was doing just that only my seat wasn't next to the window. A girl in my class sat in front of that window and one day I snapped back to reality and noticed she was looking my way. Gave a smile not unlike Nagatoro's and a small wave. Thus began the teasing for the rest of the school year. It wasn't to the extent that is portrayed in the show but it was enough for me to say that what the show portrays is not outside the realm of possibility. Those are some fond memories.

20% of the openings fame belongs to the song and 20% belongs to the animation, another 20% because of how great the show is and the remaining 40% Is because of how well the animation and song go together as an anime opening is only spectacular when it leaves both the song and show in your minds for years to come, all this adds up to form a 100% incredible experience, and this paragraph is a huge waste of time since barely anybody checks the comments on a 5 month old video.

I absolutely LOVE this. It genuinely helped me become an extrovert and overcome my social phobia. Bought a nagatoro mug, a blanket, t-shirt, the first two volumes that just released in my country and began rewatching both seasons for the third time just to wait s3. (There's no way it won't happen!)
