if to be honest I always wondered why pain relief and mere pleasure 're completely different phenomenon. I couldn't imagine that power of healing originates from pure intent. Some people mistaken the pleasure over pain relief and fall into cycle of anxiety anticipating excitement yet you show us precious lesson that we are already enough in stillness and serenity

This was very calm and relaxing. So much so, I fell asleep, turned it on again, fell asleep again. I woke up when it was ending. I'm going to try it again sitting instead of lying down so I can enjoy it while awake.I really loved this!

This was my first time experiencing crystal bowls during a meditation. The vibrations were almost immediate. I'd love it if you could create a deep grounding sound with a guided meditation. Thanks lovely soul for your help!

I have just experienced your Sound Bath for the first time. I went into it somewhat of a skeptic but I was open. I had this terrible headache and now I do not have it after the 25 minute SB. Thank you Susie. I look forward to viewing more videos from your channel and researching more information on this subject and it’s healing.

I just about an hour ago learned about sound bath. Never knew of this. I've been meditating and honestly this is the closest I've felt to anything. I felt every sound, and omg the energy is so powerful and positive. When I opened my eyes, I was a little dizzy and I felt amazing. Thank you sooo much for this video. I wish I can like this 1000 times.

Sometimes I have a hard time with male sounds baths- those are the ones that always pop of first. Mainly because my past w men and such blah blah... don’t want to get into it but females make it much more relaxing for me and voices are more soothing so I really love these videos and especially the channel

Listening to this video is only thing that helps me sleep. But I always wake up when you start talking again around 18 minutes. If you could edit this video and cut it off when you start talking again it would mean a lot to me. You could name it “sleep version or something.” Please…..
