I am trying, it’s twice I have played it and reached only till cue 9:27. If the body is soft how do you maintain the posture. Do you do this while lying down?

Hi, thank you for asking. Yes, by all means do it lying down. The most important thing is that you are comfortable...that is part of cultivating self love
