Sideshow rogue wins on every single aspect. While the base of this unlicensed rogue is pretty good, she herself just looks like a toy doll :(.

I agree with you regarding the portraits. I think the stitching in her suit and belt could've used little bit of a darker tone to make those details pop. It made a huge difference in our cyclops. Great review, she looks good with the other pieces from this line.

I can't get over the facial expression either. It reminds me of Barbie with Rogue's hair. The Maquette blows it away but we all know that. I like the theme of all the pieces being like a diorama set.

This could of been a Xtreme but the face and arms made her look weird. Buts it's still a fantastic piece to have in your Collection. She looks good with the other pieces.

gotta show her powers I like my xm with the colossus wolverine hand. I wish her gambit hand that more purple energy around it like this one.

I think the xtrumble will be pretty interesting🤔. The problem on this custom piece is clearly the Face. But Nice paintjob on the outfit. And yes pretty fair rating for her👍

Those portraits were a little rough but overall awesome work!

The rogue portrait where she has her hand on the side of her head is where she is using either Jean Grey or Prof. X's, telepathy powers. Her blank expression on the face portrait should have been done better to say the least. The Sentinel's, back hand is huge that part the statue looks cool and different. The sideshow Rogue, looks better because of her facial expression and the dynamic pose as she is fighting off the Sentinel, looks better and cool.

really really dig this one, great pose!!! like yourself I'm not in love with the portraits, but they look fantastic from a distance in my opinion. I think you're right, this statue's portraits are more 'comic-y' so that might explain some of the paint apps and sculpt choices, although more expressiveness would have helped.

I think SS has the strongest portraits off all the Rogues I have seen announced thus far.

Now that’s awesome she looks like she jumped from a classic comic book page and the cool switch outs one of the coolest pieces I’ve seen in a while edit: still love it but seeing it up closer there are some things I take issue with the way it looks is cooler then in my opinion the finishing touches

I like the statue, definitely not crazy about the portraits; Rogue is a Bada**, and I think a more smug portrait would have been better. I am really looking forward to the Rogue vs sentinel head. Also like the X-men animated series opening song, that takes me back!

Excellent statue, But me being a comic geek I notice an error on the statue creators part she has Wolverine claws!? She's only suppose take the Mutants powers an Wolverines is healing factor the claws are basically a surgical implant in him. Nevermind their bone claws...guess I should watch video all the way through first🤣🤣

Well, this is a pretty cool statue, but Sideshow's statue is waaay better. Why? because it is an action pose. With this statue it is more of a museum pose. I think it would have probably been cooler to have her bending over and crushing part of the Sentinel hand with a smirk on her face. Still though, it is pretty cool statue. Thanks for posting it.

Awesome review, Mr. X. Rogue's my fave female comic character, and the statue is beautiful... except for that face. Looks more in line with a Bishoujo from Kotobukia than a sculpted piece. Disappointing considering the rest of the piece is great.

I love Rogue, but every Rogue statue here on out has a lot of competition from that sideshow piece. I have a feeling the Xtrumble is going to be a bit lopsided. For a straight up museum pose they needed to knock it out of the park and the portraits really are lacking, unfortunately. Could we have at least gotten a smirk on one of them? Something? Don't get me wrong, I still like the statue, I think a 3/5 is definitely the correct score, but that sideshow is a 4.5-5. Now the other Rogue vs Sentinel custom you have coming? I have a feeling that's gonna be a real contender!

I love the dynamic pose on the Sideshow piece. This statue is just a bit bland.

I don't like the heels. I'm not sure if that's accurate to Rogue in general but it doesn't make sense. Who the hell is going to fight giant robots in heels? Also, is Rogue able to absorb multiple powers at the same time? This piece looks good, excluding the portrait, but I think there are some logistical problems for me.

Painting on the face's look great but also look boring. Overall a great statue.

Not too bad bud! But imo both the LL and especially the SS Harbottle Rogues are better than this! In my opinion the Sideshow Harbottle Rogue will make all of these customs look like chinese rip offs. Even the LL looks amazing concept wise but it will be Iceman size, shipping will be a killer on that and I love Francos works, I have his Vara on Po but! His female headsculpts are khmmm...tweakable I would say :D ! so yeah! I liked the video, a new piece finally but when you showed it next to your SS Rogue I was like: But why??! :D

Thanks for the video, I do not think I like any in this line, although this one is perhaps my least disliked of the 3 I know off. Sideshows is much better and other customs coming up look much more promising. The base is huge again and repetitive. She looks ok, kind of a boring pose, but not bad.

Mr. X you love customs too much. If SS or XM released this you would have graded this a U or lower. Seam lines, hand doesn't match up to base, subpar expressions, portrait doesn't fit in perfectly. Love the channel.

All of these customs and licensed pieces have sentinel hands and heads. If each producer coordinated internally to have the bases interlock you could have a nine foot long demolished sentinel by now #Missedopportunity
