Wow it's looking amazing now the trailer is hitched to the bike I'm loving the face art work on the trailer. The brakes discs and cable routing looks really good what a mean machine. Can't wait until you get the battery and controller fitted.

Looking good mate starting to really come together now it’s nice when you start getting to this stage and just take a step back and look and appreciate what your doing👍🏼 I think a battery on the top tube would look sick like a petrol/gas tank. Looking forward to next update

Absolutely wicked I love this bike and trailer set up so much very cool I have a similar bike but a three wheel with eight subwoofers with a drink cooler couch trailer .the Murals on your bike and trailer are next level so beautiful just saying lmao

Love the chopper look, but concerned about the bolts through the bars, massively compromising the integrity of the tube. If you have to make an emergency stop, you may find the bars snap in half, and you may go over the top and under a car or something. Have a look on line, at a motorcycle chopper and see the special brackets that are made for ape hangers. Looking forward to the next vid. Paul UK.

Never had problems with bars like that (and I've run quite a few over the years) unless the stem was aluminum. Under pressure, the clamping surface makes this dry, gray film and your bars slip around. Then you gotta clean it out with sandpaper and it's good another year or so. I'm wondering if the blocks on his fork risers ain't aluminum. Or maybe it's the paint causing it. Paint's squishy, better to powdercoat parts like that.

Looking brilliant mate. Can always make your own stand. Use the catch of a e scooter and make a bit as short or long you need for it. Rubber tip at end same colour as whatever rubber gromets you'l order and that will look sweet. Or can use a stand from a lowrider bike you can buy. Like a double stand that lifts your bike up if you no what i mean. (Like a motorbike/moped stand)

Could you do a video on mid drive motors like Bafang and how to make the chains and gears last longer? There is not much information available on chain choices etc. on KZfaq

You could buy a simple welder and weld stem and handlebars together. You could drill the connector for trailer with a multi level drill, for example from 4 to 32 mm in steps.

Awesome build! I've been following your progress even though I'm late to the game. I think it would be cool to go with two batteries and a parallel blender? Install one battery in the bike frame and the other in the trailer. That way you only use two batteries when you hall the trailer and one single battery when you run the bike without the trailer. That way you can install a smaller battery pack in the frame somewhere where it isn't as obvious as a giant 20ah battery pack. Just a suggestion from a clueless subscriber. By the way, I have a folding eBike, 350W with a 36V, 8ah battery pack. Not up to your standards but I absolutely love riding it. Cheers mate!

it's looking good dude and the trailer looks sick now its attached to your bike/scooter I use a 52v 21amp battery a did 30 miles ans only used 20% but I did pedal most of the time but ye your bike is going to break some necks 😂

Thanks man. I tried hooking up my 52 but it blew the controller so sticking to 48v now plenty enough for this cruiser and that's great range 👌

As lovely as it is and even though it's a classic I'd convert it to electric, you've got to move with the times and what use would it be with the engine when petrol is being fused out to be replaced with electricity, it just makes sense

@@christopherfinnegan257 sorry small lite personal planes and sport planes could have electric models but not jet passenger planes. Vacuum trains are pie in sky unrealistic waste of research and resources. The ultimate answer isn't giving up on liquid fuels it's using safe nuclear to make liquid fuels that are carbon neutral. Solar and other renewables are only a part of the solution. Even battery powered cars are problematic for cold weather climes. If it gets -20° F and 20 mile per hour winds who's car goes farther battery or liquid fueled? Even just freezing rain makes the battery car use range to heat the windshield and cabin and even to keep the batteries warm. I'm a fan of electric vehicles especially Volkswagens over Ferraris. I'm just not blind to the fact that they are not up to some tasks.
