Cute Pygmy Goats! | The Cute Show

When we heard that our pal's family farm had just acquired three baby pygmy goats (easily one of the top ten cutest animals of all time), we set out to meet them ASAP. The goats, named Morning, Noon, and Night, were sweet as can be and we spent two blissful days crawling around the grass with them. We contemplated stealing one, but that would be wrong, so we filmed our experience instead. Enjoy!

those mother fuckers are really fast, i remember a christmas holiday in the village with the grand parents as a kid, teasing one of them till it got pissed, charged at me, managed to break off its rope and run around the whole village, took 12 hours to catch it and yes im nigerian :)

Another interesting fact is that goats in some Pagan religions were often a sacrifice to highest ranking gods and also some god's mounts were portrayed as goats as well. So goats might have started to be associated with the devil as Christian way to demonize pagans and get the public against them.

I think it's to do with the verse in Matthew 25:31-33; When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his glorious throne. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

ohh man,"i miss my goats in africa, i used to sheperd over them with my dog, love them so much. long time, they are so cute especially the little one, i think i get my personality from them. i love all kinds of goat like creatures, cows, sheep, antelopes, impala's girafes, reindeers, horses, donkeys, zebras, baffulos, alpacas, etc

today i went to an english festival and they had pygmies! (not nigerian of course) and they were so sweet and friendly. unbelievably fast though! i held a baby, who was so gorgeously soft and gentle and fell in love. this is the life i want to live!!!

They are actually Nigerian Dwarf Dairy goats. The girls give the highest quality milk available from a goat with up to 11% milk fat. They are now registered And shown under AGS and ADGA nationwide. They are totally awesome with the most amazing personalities and make perfect pets. The smallest one born on my farm was 1 lb 1 oz. (1 of triplets) I wish I still lived out of town so I could have a couple of these guys again. Thanks for the spotlight vice. You brought back lots of great memories.

Just a note: Eggs shouldn’t be washed till they’re ready to be used. There’s a protective coat on the eggs and washing removes the coat, so the eggs can absorb odors from other things in the refrigerator. Farm supply stores carry something you can use to clean the protective coat.

I don't know about pygmy goats but some species have males who breastfeed their young too. Human men can lactate under the right conditions as well.

c'est moi I wasn't saying it was the norm. I was suggesting that pygmy goats may be one of the species that typically can, but I don't know. You asked "how's that possible?" and I was saying that some species have males that lactate.

If a person says:"this man doesn't lactate," it should be like duh even though men can produce milk. I would understand if it were the opposite, but now it's just useless info, that's what I meant to say.
