Danny Macaskill is back!
Following on from the success of Do a Wheelie, we go behind the scenes of Danny’s ambitious project to celebrate everyone’s favourite trick: THE WHEELIE. Can Danny bring his own flare to this iconic skill and land an ambitious new stunt, the wheelie front flip?

You have no idea how much my 4-year old daughter loves the Do a Wheelie video! She always yelled out when she saw women in the video. I had to download the song and she called it “bike music”. Now all *I* have to do is learn how to wheelie! Thanks a ton for the video!

Good job! Turning 50 was my motivation to learn to unicycle. Happy to say 45 minutes every day had me riding briefly by day eight. By day 12 I had it! Good luck. PS Be SURE you use that rear brake!!!! Your tailbone will REALLY appreciate it.

I'm 54. I cycle with friends and colleagues some of whom are 20 years younger than me and so very few of them can pull a wheelie. It's THE biggest reason I cycle. Pulling a wheelie, playing drums and drifting a Caterham are THE reasons I'm alive. ACE film Danny. Thanks.

This was spot on. Took me bk to my childhood, in our wee town there were 2 guys who really had it nailed. We'd stand watching them wheelie the full length of the road. A total beezer to see. (Never guess I'm Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿)

This couldn't be more true, especially for mountain biking. I don't know what I'd do if I couldn't easily lift up the front wheel to clean technical sections of trails. Being competent at wheelies gives you all the control needed. It's second nature at this point.

I was smiling from ear to ear throughout this video. I can't wheelie for toffee but your video caught the essence of that moment of feeling like you're on the edge and could go either way... and then where I lose it, the people on your video nailed it. I'll stick to balancing on chairs. Whahay!

I had a hans ray signed poster when I was a kid, I saw him do a show at a bike show when I was a kid and I started really trying to get good on a bike after that. I cant imagine how many people he inspired, and Im sure Danny is doing the same thing for a new generation.

My friend had a signed poster from a show in Germany. I was so jealous! Hans inspiered me to learn trials in my youth and thanks to him I can still wheely at age 46. 😂

I'm a massive Hans Ray, and Viola Brand fan. I remember reading about Hans in bike magazines back in the 90's. Unfortunately I can only wheelie for a few seconds. I'm better at a track stand. Thank you.

Such a feel good vid. All the riders bonding with each other and have never met. Viola, wow, she is good at what she does. I use to be able to wheelie my dads old 10 speed Repco bike back in High school, could go for miles on the back wheel. Never could do it on any other bike but dads. That was 30 years ago.
