Late response but the best way to get better is to just keep playing a lot of different people over and over again. When your not versing spend that time with your execution and combos. Worst way to lose a match is because you're execution sucks. Take this vid for example.

maybe evil´s trash and maybe is pad using for scrubs but he has beaten Umehara in an official tournament and I´m sure that normal scrubs aren´t able to.

obviously you haven't play any good pad player. i'm not a pad player myself, but i do know of at least one that will give you your money's worth. i'll bet that in your prime you possibly can't beat this punk pad playing dude. he'll make you take that "pad scrub" back and have you call him "uncle" (a line from the movie bloodsport).
