@@richardd9867 I ended up putting a stick inside the tube from the top, put some pressure on it and the bottom bolt cane out easily.

10 weight fork oil

This will depend on the model of scooter. The old seal should have markings on it that say what size it is and if the oil has not leaked out of the fork you can measure how much you drain out and put that same amount back in.

but to give an illustration through here, The rebound spring looks identical both sides until you seat it into the damper rod. but one side A. fits tightly into the rod (does not move and has resistance rotating it when rotated B. It fits very loose in the rod and spins and moves into the body loosely.
