CymaScope Intention Experiment with Lynne McTaggart

Lynne McTaggart designed an Intention Experiment to help the city of Beirut rebuild, and to support the families in their recovery. The CymaScope team were invited by Tsipi Raz, director of The 1 Field documentary, to participate. The following video shows the coherence of Lynne McTaggart's speech, speaking the word "intention" before, during and after the ten minute meditation. Since Lynne was immersed in the intention Field of thousand of people, hypothetically their collective intention positively influenced her energy and speech. The same principle was applied to several other of her words, each with a similar result. Although this is the first experiment of its type, further experiments of this nature will be conducted and will include controls that were not included in this initial study. I think collective intention is very real. If you have ever been to a concert or a sporting event with tens of thousands of people,,, the air is static with electricity. Also in a large congregation of gospel singers the whole atmosphere can make a person change their mood. Another is when a person gives a speech to a large unreceptive crowd, the speaker becomes nervous, shy, baffled. Their words are changed by the negative intentions of the crowd. It’s a fascinating concept. Thank you 🙏

Aside from what others have said in the comments, I see the real value of this experiment being the effect that emotion/confidence has on these geometric shapes when spoken. Words spoken with more "confidence" seem to produce more consistent and appealing geometric shapes than words spoken with indifference.

Well said, Bill. The experiment shows the value of the CymaScope instrument in phonology and lingusitics applications. Whether the differences in coherence between the images relate to quantum field effects created by the thousands of people holding good intentions for Beirut, is not yet proven, but that possibility cannot be ruled out without further experiments and controls. If the improvement into coherence is ultimately proven to be the result of the field, then this would be a major discovery concerning the power of consciousness/ good intentions.

Different sound waves create different patterns based on vibration. If it was intention only without sound then there would be interesting results and questions. Yes, a person's voice does convey the emotion most of the time, so in theory it would be demonstrable in this fashion what the emotion is...but there again a person can change tonal qualities to get different results not based on emotion.

Kathy, I agree, a person can change the tonal characteristics of their voice for many reasons, although in this case we tested Lynne McTaggart's voice with several words spoken before, during and after her Intention Experiment and the results were similar in each case. Even so, this does not prove that it was the collective intention of hundreds of people that changed her voice characteristics, and carefully controlled experiments will need to now be conducted to see if our hypothesis is correct: that collective intention changed Lynne McTaggart's consciousness and personal energy.

The word was spoken differently in each example. So, of course you're going to get different patterns as a result! Pointless video! Fail!

Of course it's spoken differently, if it was spoken the same the result would be the same, what you're saying is that she speak differently on purpose to fake the results and the meditation has nothing to do with it.(this is another topic then)

@@couga8888 - Please enlighten me as the point of the video. I am intrigued by cymatics and of their role in revealing possible insights into how our reality manifests itself unto us. IMO, this video did nothing to further that objective.

Foad, I agree, my question is why? Was it simply that Lynne McTaggart's personal energy was low at the beginning of the session, and that during the ten minute experiment, her energy was recharged because of the period of rest? Or was it because of the collective intention of hundreds of people?

@@couga8888 There are many reasons why a person's voice characteristics can changes, so this initial experiment does not prove that it was the collective intention of hundreds of people that changed Lynne McTaggart's voice. What is may show is that the reason her voice changed so dramatically was due to the collective intention of hundreds of people, which affected her personal energy. Only carefully controlled experiments will prove or disprove this hypothesis.

Foad, indeed it is not a pointless video or experiment. It may be the first experiment of its kind, in which the collective intention of hundreds of people positively affected the host of an Intention Experiment. This new technique may hold promise for consciousness experiments in the future, but only time, careful controls, and open mindedness, will tell.
