Wikipedia explains it all quite well. The motion of the atoms in the fluid are moving in resonance with the vibrations from the speaker, causing patterns of waves. I don't doubt that you can identify cells by their resonant frequencies by the way. This indeed could be used to differentiate between cancer cells and healthy cells, in the same way that looking at them under a microscope can let you differentiate them. But seems like they're dressing this up with a whole lot of mumbo jumbo to sell their "special" products.

I recall a small church in England I believe that had 400+ cubes with carvings on them. For hundreds of years no one knew what they were. A man walked in & somehow, my memory is bad, knew or figured out these were notes. The music was encoded in all these blocks carves into the structure of the building.
