@@coppoop Hello it's 2019 model and it's basic model HTE.I mean the first variant.

From what i’ve read, maybe your seltos variant did not came with the cruise control option, however you may go to your local kia to make a verification. Certain variant need an additional harness to enable the cruise control. By the way, have u checked your switch is ok or not?
