My grandparents have been married for 60 years and when I asked my grandma how she did it she said, "Baby by the grace of God and a whole lota prayer." I was laughing so hard.

It's good to not burn bridges, it is a great thing to have Steve Harvey as a friend it can only help him. You don't have to agree with your friends all the time to be friends .

Yes he cheated on his wife but if SHE chose to stay that’s her decision. I’m not excusing his behavior at all but if she chose to stay or whatever then she wanted it to work.If THEY happy then hey 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️.Anybody that’s been married this long wont tell you EVERYTHING about their marriage..you really think people gone admit if the spouse cheated and how many times?? That’s why people say be careful what you ask for when you looking at other people relationships cause you don’t know what they been through.

Jessica McKinney, you are so right. I had to give my marriage up after 25 years, because of the cheating & abuse. We had 4 daughters together, but I stayed as long as I did because my youngest was only 9 when I finally said enough is enough.

It funny people weighing like they know what’s a good marriage etc.... no marriage is perfect. What works for one marriage it different for another marriage. I happy he telling his truth. He wasn’t perfect and he broke his wedding vows, but they stuck it out and they probably as happy as they can be now. They weather threw the storm that would of broken up most relationship.

Every long lasting marriage or relationship has that one person acting as the doormat. It takes someone with eyes and half a brain to hang in there and see it through. Thing is no one sees the hard times all they see are the good times.

It’s easy in America to get women and marry her for long time It’s all bout respect your wife and love her and show her that how deep you mean to her And take care of her And make her your only queen and the one But it’s definite in Europe specially in Germany People are cold as ice If you don’t drink Alkohol or smock weed they would not meet you and talk you specially if your Muslim It’s sooo hard her And they don’t talk English I did lern germany but not enough but it’s ok But they still make stupid emojis and they acting like they don’t understand But they will understand you when they need your help or something from you I’m very thankful for germany But they are cold people

People love to applaud the longevity of a relationship instead of the quality of the relationship. How content were they truly in their 33-year marriage? I rather have a great 3-year relationship than a tumultuous 30-year relationship. Nothing is worth my mental sanity.

Not excusing his behavior... but the definition of marriage is making a lifelong commitment to an imperfect person. If you speak with anyone that has been together that long, they will all tell you that there was a time where they felt that they were going to divorce. My in-laws have been together for 45 years and almost divorced at least 3 times.

I'm sure he has, woman speak all the time about words don't mean nothing but as soo as a man shows action, growth, change and new directions there's always a few that will still say but WHAT ABOUT WHEN U DID...? Unless he did something to you he doesn’t need to admit anything for your ears. It’s his personal life and that is where it should be dealt in a personal capacity. If he decides to use some of his personal life to help others then that’s his choice. Which as someone pointed out he does sometimes. We the public aren’t owed anything from him. If he wasn’t famous we wouldn’t have an idea of what goes on or has happened in his personal life. Let’s sweep at our own doors so we can keep the world clean.
