This was one of the best recipes I've gotten off of KZfaq, and certainly the best cucumber dish I've ever had. And the best part is it's very easy with simple ingredients.

In my hometown Singapore the Malays call it Achar or Pickled Veg. We also use julienned carrots, Pineapple chunks, and any veg cabbage or beans u may prefer. And add some vinegar or lime juice to give it a zing. !!!
