This is the bengali version of daal tadka called as 'Torka' , it is super rich, creamy thick version of daal.
Made using split moong daal.
You can add cream and coriander garnishings before serving the dish. I don't have these ingredients as am stuck in lockdown.
Make this recipe at your home and enjoy healthy daal full of protein.
