he's not that huge, definitely natural. I'm basically there and I just do pushups and pullups. Definitely looks amazing though, otherwise I wouldn't have searched this video up LOL

@@willcozens 15x5 pullups, 20x5 pushups, both bodyweight. Sometimes I do supersets like one one set of each. Started bicep curls a few months back but stopped because I'm getting some gnarly stretch marks and want to figure out how to avoid those. Gained about 20 lbs since last summer. I was adding weight to my pushups and pullups but have gone back to bodyweight until I can maintain my form.
