He had custody of his older son because the mother died. He did not have custody of Prince. They were battling over custody of Prince. He had visitation, which ALL states are pretty strict about. Unless she had actual police reports or evidence that he had previously abused his child, he's going to be granted visitation. Even if he had abused her, they still grant visitation with the child. He didn't have any convictions for killing people for insurance, so the judge had no way to know he might harm his son.

Right. And his mom dies, he collects insurance money, then his son's mother dies, he gets full custody, and abuses the little guy, then kills his younger son, and collects the money? How TFUCK does this happen?!
