My kid was bullied and the school wouldnt do anything and the police didnt do anything. So i went to the school and asked to bring the parents of the bully so i can straighten it out.” They wouldn’t, so i said “if this bully is not moved out the class or suspended this week, i will go to the administration and get you fired. The father whose child was bullied, was right in stepping to the bully’s father, and giving him a beat down. Make sure you have backup just in case everything might not turn out the way you think it should. Having backup help is called beat down insurance. Remember the saying, “ it’s better to have your backup help and not need it, than having no backup help and really need it.

My step daughter kept getting touched by some kid on the bus last year. So I taught her how to throw a straight right as hard as possible, like we repeated that one punch for a week straight since since my girlfriend decided to drive her to school after asking him to stop didn’t work or talking to the bus driver. Fast forward she gets back on the bus and he starts with the bs. She punched him straight in the nose, hasn’t had a problem since 🤷🏾‍♂️

A boy pushed me when I was a kid. Mom heard my scream and she saw me on the ground (I tore a muscle). Mom just slapped the boy and then she stared at the boys father and growled at him. Picked me up and took me to the doctor. Highlight of my life: I felt protected. My mom was a terror when it came to her kids. Dad was the softy.

I was the bully Gary at my elementary school in Cleveland Heights, Ohio. It was called Coventry elementary. Your absolutely right my parents would argue a heck of alot and I would go to school and "act out". I ran into a classmate years ago and I asked him what happened to "S" and he said oh she doing really good she's a police officer now. That made me so happy. I really would like to apologize to all the lil girls that I would bully and make cry from the depth of my heart. 🙌🏽🙏🏽🙌🌹✝️🌹

As strange as it probably sounds, it might be worth popping onto social media, seeing if you can find any of the kids you bullied, and sending them a message apologising. I say this because a friend (that I met through work) was bullied badly at school and it really affected her into adulthood. One day, she came into work and she'd received a message from her former bully, via Facebook, apologising and saying she'd realised how cruel she had been, explaining why she'd done it, and finishing with "I understand if you can't forgive me, but I want you to know that I'm truly sorry for any pain I caused you". Meant the world to my friend. She was a little shaky the day she got the message, but then we all saw her sort of grow in confidence after that. It was healing for her. She's now friends with her former bully and both of them found the whole apologising and forgiving thing to be really therapeutic. Might be worth a go? Not only could you right a wrong, you might also find some peace for yourself along the way 💕 Wishing you all the best 💖 (And it takes guts to admit when you're wrong. Good on you for this post 😎)

Perfect logic and morality in my opinion. How do you teach a child to care about other humans? You can't. They have to WANT to care. Give them a reason to care, and they might learn to. Surely the child cares about their own father. Otherwise, this becomes an entirely different topic (psychopathy / sociopathy)
@R.A.A.

1. Your personal opinion is not a fact, correct ? 2. Did you as a child WANT to care about other humans ? 3. What did your learn about yourself from the previous two questions ? I decided to show you how instead of presuming to know better, why ? *ACTIONS* speak louder than *WORDS.*

@@R.A.A. Strange hostility. 1. Depends. All opinions are rooted in perception. Facts are derived by evaluation (of which you do not, on any level). 2. I did personally. Also a big animal lover. 3. I learned about myself just now, that my IQ is far higher than that of certain people on youtube. I'm not sure how I personally am supposed to Act on anything on this topic. Are you sober and sane? As per #1 (expanding on it) - you didn't ask if I evaluated my position on this topic. But if you had, I would've given some real life examples proving my case. You have no clue what I've been through, how can you possibly articulate what my thoughts are comprised of and therefore assume what is or isn't fact? I stand by what I said. I believe this was a correct moral decision, which will positively impact the child in the short and long term. ACTIONS have CONSEQUENCES. :P Little girl learned that bigtime. I know better than to respond to weak trolls. But here you go, you asked for it! I'll let you have the last word, cya some other time.

My son has been boxing and wrestling since 6 years old. But the bullying has evolved nowadays. Bullies don't even need to be big. They can bully through social media or gang up on one kid. But a lot of school now have inadvertently put in protections for the bully, not the ones being bullied.

I had to come to grips with the 5th commandment honor your mother and father so your days will be long meaning BLESSED! Notice it doesn’t say to love them if they’re good but even if they are evil you must forgive them otherwise you will do the same and not be in their life! We had a couple boys start hanging out near our house. My two daughters were 12 & 13. So the boys were teasing the girls. From my living room, I saw one of them boys throw a water balloon from clear across the street and bean my kid right on top of her head. She runs in the house ballin. I did my best rooster walk across the street staring down the kid who look frozen. I got right up on top of him and leaned into his face and said "Hell of a shot, you could not make that shot again in a million years". Turned out to be a good kid who would come around even after High School.

I have all the information I need to agree with the dad. He went to the school, he sent letters home, he met with the bully and her dad and nothing happened. He went through the proper channels and they failed. Then he brought his brothers for insurance. Don’t see a problem here. The bully’s dad is just as responsible since he was made aware of the situation and did nothing about it so he got his ass beat.

My 5 year olds class had a bully. Bully was the largest kid in the class and would just make their rounds and bully almost all the kids throughout the first semester. We spoke to the teacher, the principal and nothing changed. Bully just moved on to the next kid. I see the parents at pick up, and there are problems at home. I heard the bully tell her dad "i got in trouble today for kicking a kid." The dad's response...."That's ok." I kind of side with the dad in this story. Some parents don't talk to their kids and just ignore any problems. Sometimes you have to bring the problem to them so they can't ignore it.

Wait, what if his daughter was the instigator got her a** beat then claimed to be bullied. Growing up, I would see this a lot. Kid's crossing lines then get checked in front of the school. Campus security, takes them both to the principals office. Now, the kid makes up a story to not be in trouble with their school and parents. We're just getting 1 side of the story. So whoever records their crimes 1st is automatically believed because he did something stupid. Now, he's going to face assault charges, because there were kids present there's going to be child endangerment charges, CPS can the kids away the little girl is not going to have a daddy for a long time. Fighting a case costs a whole lot of cash, and then the program he has to register in costs a sh*t load of money, restitution he could lose everything if he gets sued, do id*ts out there really think he was right in any way. Of course not, he was wrong, and he put his family's well being at risk. There's always a way, we just have to be smarter and more persistent.

Gary… I know you just briefly read the deets while we were listening but.. you missed the mark on this one… he said they tried to talk to the school and they sat down with the parents at the school and basically they tried to exhaust all avenues before taking it this far.. and that was the entire point was her watching… he wasn’t apologizing sincerely that he’s sorry she had to see that he wanted her to see.. it was like ok if you keep bullying my daughter Jo matter what and no one not even the school or your parents will stop you let me show you this hard life lesson early in bc I don’t play about mine …. That’s pretty much the gist of it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Education system has turned a blind eye through fear of something like this happening to one of their Teacher's by an angry parent and the powers that be offer no protection if a Teacher uses his or her authority when situations like this happen Teachers know this so fail to act when a child is being bullied Which leads to a situation resulting in a farther beating up another farther because a Teacher's fear to do what was necessary thus failing the child

I don’t think he wrong. My daughter got bullied. The principal and teachers wouldn’t do anything. So, I told the principal I need to meet the parents. After that it stopped.

He could've fought the dad one on one he didn't teach that other child nothing but to go get more people. I have seen stuff like this before and when the other side comes back and retaliates because they most likely will everyone please have that same energy. Nobody learned anything in this but stay off the Internet with the $#!πs

Usually people don't risk going to jail unless something serious must've happen. if my brothers is willing to go to jail, prison for potentially unaliving the guy accidentally with me, that says alot. Idk if people remember Mckenzie Adams, 9 year old who took her own life because she was getting bullied. I rather hear a story about a father beating up a guy than a child giving up on life dawg.
