I lovee this mashup despite the too-high pitch of Freddie's vocals. That said, Party Ben apparently didn't know about the "Change tempo" effect in Audacity (free open-source audio editing software, like Firefox for making mashups and remixes) -- it lets you make a clip shorter (or longer) without it affecting the pitch, There's also a "Change pitch" effect for altering the pitch without making the clip faster (or slower). I'm not a shill, just a satisfied user who wants to see more good mashups get made.

I said the majority of it was basically a newer disco funk. I will agree that around the world is complete house. If you want to know the origins and samples Daft Punk used I recommend looking up "release the beast" and you'll understand where their original inspirations came from.

You took two of my favorite groups, so I'm going to be very hard on it. I must say, it could have been worse. You matched the two styles very well, and although I'm not too fond of the pitch of Freddie's voice, it's not that big a deal.
