✨Sharing my ordinary daily life living alone here in Japan. For today’s video I’m going to
share my self care night routine as a living alone here in my temporary Japanese serviced apartment. It’s officially spring season and the weather started to change sometimes hot and sometimes rainy. I enjoy the rainy day this time. The next day, I went to park to take a walk and supermarket to buy groceries. I’m adjusting into different city and different apartment. But I’m hoping to love my new apartment and place soon.

You live on a budget, you do your best to take care of your health, you eat good healthy foods, and you like to pamper yourself. I’m glad you took my advice, and others, regarding the eggs though you don’t need to add any ice. The idea is the cold water helps the inner membrane of the egg to detach from the edible part. Your videos are like watching art in motion and so mesmerizing! I could watch your prep work and cooking all day long. Hope your interview was fruitful!

I love the ginger shots - I prepare it each week and put in a jar (not boiling, just mix lemons and ginger in a blender, with some honey) and I add 2-3 times per day a spoon with warm water. I never had a flu or cold for more than 10 years, and I like to say is because if it :) because I love the flavour.

Hi Lou. I have been away from the internet for over a month. You are the first I looked up. It relaxes me. I also started the ginger shots.. we will see the out come. I am using. (Only once). 1/2 cup ginger, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 teaspoons. Turmeric, 1/2 teaspoons honey.. add to taste. Cayenne pepper, sea salt, pre minced ginger. Pinch black pepper. Now I will try yours. I haven’t find the perfect taste for me yet. I will try yours. I wish you happiness

Lou C. You are doing great being healthy. You may want to put your shots in glass jars. If the plastic you store in fridge is not bpa free. Really does not good drinking then. Also, you're doing so great with your health, but I have left numerous comments encouraging you to please STOP blowdrying your hair. Let it air dry, my friend. It does no good. You are damaging your hair. Let it air dry at night. Or roll it in those soft squishy rollers at bedtime for easy maintain in morning. I am praying for you. Simple yes and no answers be direct when they ask you why do you feel you should be hired for this position. I've learned not to socalize with them in the interview. No distractions.

To make it even easier, just transfer them right away into a bowl with cold water covering the eggs. You don't need to add the ice if you don't want to. Leave the eggs covered with the cold water for a minimum of 10 mins. 👌 How was the interview?
