Join Tom and Marie for this simple seated and standing routine. This will help you improve mobility, flexibility and posture.
We recommend you try to stretch 2/3 times a week incorporating into your weekly routine. You can do this before or after any of our exercise videos. You can do them anytime in the day from first thing in the morning to just before bed.
