YAYA was one of the most POTENT footballer i have ever seen. To me, YAYA is the founder of the Man City we having today. His presence is the spark of it all. Then comes Silva. KDB is very very good but Yaya and Silva are much more better.

It's too conspicuous to ignore. Yaya, Eto'o, etc. Only European player he treated the same was Zlatan and he hates him the same. Maybe bc Zlatan is of Slavic descent. City was home for Yaya. To not be appreciated in his greatest season must have been disappointing. Even the great Colin Bell was in awe of Yaya. There should be a statue of Yaya alongside Kompany, Sliva and Aguero. A vital link in the spine is missing with those statues. It depreciates the value of the statues to the players as all three know and probably feel a way their team mate doesn't have one.

He’s an absolute control freak. He only likes, “yes men,” type players. When a player questions even one single word of his, he loses his head & completely ignores the player like he did to Yaya, Ibra & Eto’o. Then he runs to the media & claims that if the situation is to be emended, the player has to come to him knowing full well he purposely ignores & refuses to speak to them. He doesn’t just do this to players either. He did it to the Bayern board as well… they gave him the opportunity to implement his game plan in his first two seasons in Munich. After he could only produce one trophy in his second season, the board told him that the club’s philosophy wasn’t a pass side to side, tiki-taka type style & that he should be more direct with his tactics, he got upset. His relationship with the board became stressed & he said he was leaving the club before the season even got to its winter break. He can’t handle things not going *precisely* how he wants them…

In defence of Guardiola, both Zlatan and Dimitri are pretty toxic people who riled the media up as well. Almost all legendary coaches are absolute control freaks, except for maybe Ancelotti. You have to tolerate the man to get the result you want.
