The ship that crashed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge in March was re-floated early Monday morning and moved to the Seagirt Marine Terminal. Unified Command said salvors re-floated and moved the Dali out of the channel around 7 a.m. According to Unified Command, five tugboats and other support vessels towed the Dali some 2 1/2 miles at a speed of about 1 mph to the terminal in a process that took about two hours.
