As a life long Hoosier, born in Martinsville, raised in Greenwood, all my family born and lived in Bloomington and Bloomfield, standing on the shoulder of 37 when the 1976 Champions drove by, thankyou for your class and respect with your comments and rememberance of Coach Knight. Fun facts: Bob Knight gave selflessly and generously of his time and money to various charities. Mother Theresa didn't coach ANY college basketball championship teams.

Anyone who follows IU basketball knows this DB couldn’t stand Knight and I’m sure the feeling was mutual. He crapped all over Knight when he left.

Bob Knight was totally misunderstood. He was a good man. A good heart. Wanted his players to become the best person they could.

I agree with you and your candid comment. People give a pass to inhumane and illegal behavior if you win basketball games. He physically abused many people on and off the court. @@RichardIILionheart

Absolutely shocking he would even open his mouth right now. Listened to Alford and others talk about Coach, and it's ALL the positive stuff. Sure, he had more than his share of faults. But he's dead now, who the hell cares. But Dakich has to start the interview talking about how weak, feeble, demented Coach is. Honestly, it's pathetic.
