"Battling Angels" Yes! Dan Vasc is channeling heralding archangels. If you have the lungs and pipes of Dan Vasc it would be a sin to not use them to announce the Birth of the King of Kings like this. Shout out to Victor the Guitar Nerd for the incredible instrumentals. "Let all within in us praise His Holy Name!" That's the way to sing "Christ is the Lord!" Like an earthquake! These two geniuses! Thank you for your reaction to Dan and Victors amazing rendition of this beautiful song. Unfortunately, some people still believe that metal growls and screams are demonic. His fans know that he is a proud christen and he would never include anything demonic in a christen song. Thank you for hearing the song the way Dan intended. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I didn’t like it when I first heard it & I think many are having that same knee jerk reaction but knowing that Dan never does anything without meaning, I listened again. I then interpreted the ‘growl’ he does with the words ‘all within us’ as referring to our sins. Yes, as Dan is Christian he would never disrespect one of the greatest & most loved songs. I have listened to it many times now & absolutely love Dan’s version ❤️❤️

Most excellent reaction, sir! You captured it beautifully, especially that amazing growl! I don't know why everyone visualizes angels as cute little cherub wimps, especially since almost every time a human encounters one face to face in the Bible, they're told to "fear not!" I mean, let's face it - we humans are quite cowardly at time, freaked out over spiders when they are so much smaller than us. I think seeing real angels would absolutely terrify all of us, but this song, the way Dan and Victor do it, encourage us to be bold and remember Who we belong to.

Great reaction! Dan is a phenomenal singer and performer, and Victor is also a superb musician. More Dan, please - you’ll be amazed at what he can sing - everything, basically. You might try the Witcher covers or I’ll Make a Man out of You from Mulan to start.

That set me back a bit - I was nervous about the metal part. But I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was awesome how those guitars and organ sounded like a whole orchestra! Mr. Vasc's voice has amazing energy - and this song definitely needs that energy. As you put it, it's a heralding song that calls out its message. I could have done without the growl, but all the rest of it was awesome! Mr. Vasc can certainly enlarge his voice!

Let all within. Dan sang from every fiber of his being, clear on down to the core. The core is where the 2 Wolves live. 1 good, 1 bad. The good one already bows to the Lord but that bad 1 has a stubborn streak a mile long. Even so, it too bowed, despite itself.

It wasn't the slightest bit evil or satanic.🙄😏 It was a powerful call for those of us who are His to stand our ground and proclaim that Christ is the Lord! As the great Ray Boltz sang in his song, "I pledge allegiance to the Lamb; With all my strength, with all I am; I will seek to honor His command; I pledge allegiance to the Lamb!"
