It was such an incredible Eclipse. We were fortunate in North Texas that the early morning clouds cleared. We saw totality and the best part was we had our grandkids with us to experience it.

Thanks... FYI, Grassy Lake had the "vibe" of a public campground because in essence it is. It is a National Fish and Wildlife campground (Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge) run by a concessionaire.

Thanks for sharing. We would suggest this campground to others. It would be a great place to be during the summer out and about on the water.

Glad you had a chance to see the total eclipse. Not much to see here in Largo. Also glad you picked up a spare tire for your big trip. Let's hope you do not need it. Be Safe and Be Well, and remember.... Anytime you can get a "C", is a great day. lol.

I see that Tucker has picked out the prime traveling spot. You had a much better viewing location that I did here in Texas. It was overcast here, then cleared just as it started and then 5 minutes later it started down pouring. An hour drive away they had a perfect day for it. We were able to see the one this past October in Port Aransas, and immediately after that one we had to leave the campsite because then next guest for the spot we were in at the time were arriving. Thanks for sharing.

He seems to enjoy traveling in the class C a little bit better than the A. At least the skies opened and allowed you to experience it even if it was for only a few minutes. Such a extraordinary experience.

yes the TOTAL eclipse (we had almost 4 full minutes) was amazing and only having to go out in our backyard to see it was amazing too!!😁 You could have saved a few hours on the road by coming here to the ranch you know. We had people here from WI, MI, OH, and NC. Are the friends you met there the ones going to Alaska?

In 2017, N W Oregon, we were directly in path of totality. This time we were in SE New Mexico on way to Texas but too far away from eclipse to view. I'm so glad you had a chance to experience this eclipse.

Glad you took the time to travel to Illinois to see. We where lucky we live in ohio only had travel about an hour to a state park to watch it. We loved it too. Can not wait to see your big trip..

Twice in a lifetime for me. We traveled to Kearney MO in 2017 and this time we sat in our backyard. Literally got the Twice in a lifetime T-shirt as a souvenir. Awesome experience both times.

We were literally exiting Devils Den when the eclipse was starting and since we weren't near the totality line, it wasn't a big deal here in FL..... The one in October was a better view for us when we were in AZ. 14HR drive is rough!! Stay safe!!!

Glad you made it to see the eclipse. I saw one when I was 8 years old. In Michigan when I lived there. My friends and I were swimming in a friends pool and my friends mom told us to get of the pool because of the eclipse. We have have proper glasses on at the time. So we quickly got out and went into the house. We didn’t want to go blind. But I can image it was pretty cool to see if you had proper glasses on then. I saw Chris’s face and yours too Katrina. I could tell you both thought it was amazing. It looked amazing on camera. You got a great shot of it. We could see part of it here in Vegas. It went dark for a bit here too! I heard the totality was awesome to see and look at. My brother who lives in Michigan was able to see the darkness of the eclipse because his truck lights came on automatically. Someone he knows saw the whole thing through the special glasses. I stayed in all day keot making sure my dog wasn’t looking at the sun. He likes to lay out in it. Hope you make it back home ok to get Rv with Ed on. Safe travels and stay safe. Have a great week see you soon!

Unfortunately we got stuck in the clouds so didn't get to see the eclipse but we did get to experience it getting dark and light so quickly which was a cool experience in itself.

Leigh Anne and I had a blast with y'all once again! It was so fun watching your reaction at totality. Chris was just like a little kid on Christmas! We're blessed to have you both as friends and are so glad we crossed paths with you again last year at the lake in Nashville, where we came up with this grand plan to meet back for the eclipse. @@oureverydaygetaway we used to have 4 Cracker Barrel’s here in Oregon and they all closed because the company said they couldn’t overcome what they went through during Covid and after Covid. I think it was just not what the Oregon people wanted.

No offense taken. Both of our rv's are used and combined don't cost as much as a new diesel pusher. Completely understand the add thing but when we do an add it has to be something we need/want and believe in. We live/travel this way because life's too short and there's so much we want to see and do. We truly love to travel this way. Take care and enjoy your summer.

Most of us that love your channel don’t care about the ads. Keep doing you and if it means you stay making videos then we will sit through the ads. ❤️ (or the people that don’t like the ads can fast forward.
