Not sure that talking about passing gas in an elevator sets the right tone, but it works for Gio. Two things you can absolutely count on: DJ giving no information and Gio getting no information.

Yep. I knew he'd be back. Even when Schoen decided not to pick up Jones' 5th year option, I was on Facebook arguing with all the naysayers who were so adamant that Jones would not be back with the Giants after the season. I never had a doubt that Jones would be coming back. And the office is sold on him, otherwise he wouldn't have gotten the contract he signed. Obviously Schoen is a mastermind and set it up to be able to move on from Jones after the 2024 season if things don't work out, but I don't think that says anything about his belief in Jones. More so just Schoen playing it all smartly, something we weren't used to with Gettleman.

Now they have to overpay Jones for at least two seasons, not supply him proper Guards and playmakers, and figure out what he is in an unfair evaluation for Jones. I crapped on Gettleman but Thomas, Lawrence, Barkley, Jones, acquiring Leo. Let’s see how these drafts pan out for Schoen

These 2 have some sort of disdain for DJ and it was clear throughout this interview. His career #s do not jump off the page whatsoever, and being skeptical of his new contract is justifiable in some sense, but to question him with this underlying tone as if he did not make a drastic leap last year or is not a viable QB in this league is laughable at best. Obviously he knows interceptions are unacceptable, and his money/what he does with it is frankly none of their business. It was obvious that they were only questioning him on these subjects as a way to mask their mocking of him while making it seem as if they were just curious reporters asking the questions the fans want answers to

Second interview in a row with a quarterback the other one was Aaron Rodgers where were talking about furniture!!!!! And both of these interviews done by Boomer and gio...... And they were horrible...... I think we all know what we're going to get from Geo but Boomer kind of let me down....... Anyway Daniel Jones reminds me so much of Eli Manning he's a better athlete but it's amazing how much these two have in common....... The jury is obviously still out on Daniel Jones but he made a pretty big step last year so now it's time to step it up to step up big-time!!!!
