@@mghost8405 dynamics are harder bro, much scarier + injury prone + limited to how much u can train everyday bc ur calluses rip and ur done for the day. Statics, u just grind, warm up well and train properly and you won't be injured, statics are very controlled so there's less of a chance of something unexpected happening which could severely injure you as compared to dynamics where even the highest level atheletes can sometimes screw up a move that they've drilled thousands of times and get injured from it. Statics are also not scary at all (except for handstand in the beginning)

It depends on the intensity of the attempts. You can train another muscle group if not sore after training . Always stretch after workout.
