For me, as an agnostic Aussie, it seems a pretty clear principle. People - citizens - of nation X get to choose what the capital of nation X is. In my case, the Australian people have chosen Canberra as our nations capital. In the USA's case, they've chosen Washington, in Frances Paris, in Russia's Moscow, In India, Mumbai, in Peru, Lima, In Kenya, Nairobi, etc .. and, equally, here, the Israeli people get to say what their country's capital is. The Israelis have made it clear that they want their capital to be Jerusalem. So, just as we wouldn't want the Israelis or Arabians or anyone else saying no, your capital city isn't Canberra, London, Paris, Beijing etc .., so everyone else on the planet should recognise Jerusalem as Israels capital because that's what Israelis have said and its their country to choose. The Palestinians? Well, they don't have a country right now because they have been unable to make peace with Israel. If and when they ever do make peace and get a country (or maybe a set of emirates? See the 8 state solution) of their own then - and only then - will they get to choose what their capital is. If they want to choose Jerusalem in part or whole, well, they'll have to get Israel's agreement on that which is highly unlikely but who knows? It certainly won't happen unless the Palestinians accept the reality that Israel isn't going away and make peace with it first anyhow. If they decide not to make peace with Israel, well, that's on them - until they do, I very much doubt they'll get anywhere good. If they decide that Jerusalem is so important to them they just want to be forever at war, well, that's yet another tragic, self-destructive mistake on their part. But, again, Israel isn't the Palestinians country (much as they'd like to claim the entireity of it now!) and so they do NOT get to choose its capital. Just like everywhere else in the world.

I am 70 years old, with dual citizenship. I voted for both Netanyahu & Trump. Now, my heart rejoices on the eve of a historical / biblical event. Jerusalem is the undivided, eternal capital city of Israel.

What does it matter if you are not Jewish? Liars lie and they support lies. you are supporting people who have lied about their identity. Israelites are indistinguishable from the sons of Ham. Indistinguishable means they look alike and one can be mistaken for the other. *READ THE BOOK(TORAH/ BIBLE*) Ham is the father of Mizraim, Cush / KUSH, Canaan & PHUT......... AFRICANS; No Ashkenazi European Jew can be mistaken for the son of Ham. The Jewish people were not in Egypt, when the Israelites came out of Egypt they ask Edom to pass through their borders (KINGDOM) and they refused Num.20: 14 - 22 Today these people who stole the Greek culture ( Japheth) Mizraim & Israel 332BC and since then have moved land marks and call themselves by the names of the people they conquered are now saying that they are Israel, you got to be out of your mind.......If that is the case we may as well throw away the Torah and all history books

This is the common trait......... trying to control the narrative by lying; Answer, are they Jews (YAHAWADAH) the fourth son of Israel? According to the Torah Num. 1: 18? It is not because I think they are not, it is because the Torah shows that they are not. READ THE BOOK, the Torah is what they used to claim the land; the Torah must prove they are the heirs....... if you claim property*WILLED* to somebody other than yourself, in any court of law you will be convicted of theft / fraud. I am using the scriptures to prove my point and you call it twisted, how about the European Jew using *LEV. 1: 3 *BUNT OFFERING (HOLOCAUST) to get sympathy from everyone is not twisting the scriptures......... where in the Torah does it say God accepts *BURNT HUMAN * as a sacrifice and a German as his high priest? *TO YOU THAT WOULD BE HATE SPEECH>

God Loves Jerusalem it's his favorite spot on the earth I pray that Jerusalem has peace and the world can see the truth in the word of God about Jesus Christ and be saved. Walk in Love Shalom.. Jesus Might be coming back soon. And when he does I hope he finds us (doing good)😁✌♥️🌿

If you are a Christian someone is deceiving you..........True Israel cannot return and be at war; the scripture says THERE WILL BE PEACE...........WAR IS THE OPPOSITE OF PEACE.

Recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital is the best thing trump has done in foreign policy. And may the eternal capital of the Jewish people remain undivided. Shalom and god bless.
