The parts of the West Bank where Israel is in control are the only non-apartheid parts of the WB. There Jews, Christians, and Muslims live and worship among one another the same cannot be said of the non Israeli controlled parts of the WB. Bethlehem is historically a Christian city bc it's given as the birthplace of Jesus and is in Area A of the WB completely under Palestinian control. In 1950 itwas 86% Christian, now it's about 12%. Palestinian apartheid ethnically cleansing Christians.

Anything that happens anywhere in the occupied territories is the responsibility of the military occupier under international law. Churches have been bombed or burned in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, and pretty much every other MENA country that they exist in besides Israel. If a soldier shoots an innocent man he'll be judged for it as a murder (there was a case like that but the man wasn't innocent he was a neutralized terrorist who tried to stab innocent people). Ghassan Maslamani No..... In Israel's charter, her declaration of independence is that Israel is a home state for the Jewish people and is responsible for the freedom of all her population. This new law did not say anything new but to stress the fact that the leadership of Israel cannot be in the hands of anyone who is not Jewish. This had been the case ever since her inception. Why was this necessary? Personally I think that it was superfluous. But the dialogue with the Palestinians concerning peace always hits a wall when they demand the return of all refugees knowing very well that Israel cannot abide by that. For Israel this would be nothing less than suicide. It is also political suicide. This meaningless law is just to stress the fact that even if all the refugees do come back, the leadership will always be Jewish. Claiming that any citizen in Israel can ever become "second class" is absurd. The Israeli constitution forbids this.

The law indeed doesn't say literally that "non-jew citizen are second class", but what would conculde when the law say exactly "The right to exercise national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people.". Birgilios Marmaroglou 70 years ago there were maybe 40-50,000 Arabs in Palestine. Far from disappearing Israeli Arabs now number 1.8 million and by the way are equal citizens with every other Israeli, represented in every area and walk of life, including of course the government, the judiciary etc.. Gaza and the West Bank which are ruled by their own elected (albeit corrupt) leaders, have a total of about another 3.5 million people, so no disappearance there either.

In 1948, the Arab armies broadcasted to Arabs, who then now living in Israel, "pack only your clothes and we, the Arab armies, will make slaughter out of the Jews just like Nazis did in Europe". "700,000" Arabs did go. However, the Israelis fought hard and long until the Arab armies disappeared.

100 years ago there were over 1 million Arabs in Palestine an 80,000 Jews who were mostly foreigners from Europe, as the rest have been.
