The One Above is All is Love, and Destruction, and is also the One Below All. I backed off from this hierarchy series from a bit b/c Marvel has been upheaving some of this lore since the modern Secret Wars reboot of the MCU. The One Above All and it's nature was the centerpiece of one of the more recent Hulk series. But basically - yes, it works as a mostly hands off being that directs/controls/is the Universe. Some great videos out there on it - and I might get around to putting together my own some day

In the Marvel U all things that are possible take place. Their theory of an everything goes multiverse wherein every possibly thing/action that could have existed does pretty much gives us a universe without meaning. Mostly, I think a bunch of guys in 50's-70's just made it up as they went along and 50 years later people are still playing with the pieces and occasionally adding/subtracting from existing cannon. I think post the newest Secret Wars Marvel has finally shown some interest in providing answers to questions we've had for a long time. Some of those just bring up more questions but I appreciate that they are finally adding to this portion of Marvel once more. It was enough to get me reading for the first time in 20 years.

He existed. :D I think he met his match against Conan back in the Hyborian age. The history of and who is an Old One gets complicated pretty quick with various characters claiming to have been a part of them, different levels of beings, Shuma-Gorath supposedly being in charge, then the Venomverse came in and threw the Elder Gods into the mix and at least a couple of other characters that I don't think were Old Ones try and make the claim. This could be a cool piece of lore if we ever have an author that wants to come in, clean things up, and explain how so many different creatures/beings all fit under the same umbrella. As a group they don't hold a huge place within Marvel lore other than mostly being mentioned with reverence and fear. You should check out Marvel Zombies The Book of Angels, Demons & Other Monstrosities. This has been the best reference source I've found that explains the various tiers of Demons, Angels, etc. within the Marvel Universe. I wish I could find my copy at the moment (It's floating about somewhere) as it has the best explanation of the Old Ones I've been capable of finding.

Ricardo Mejias Just for the record, you shouldn't use vsbattles tiering systems, it's inaccurate and relies too heavily on statements made in comics, for example "Galactus could destroy the universe!" which is often hyperbole. As far as I know, though, Azathoth doesn't exist in the Marvel multiverse, and even if he did, he would pale in comparison to The One Above All. TOAA is the unquestionable supreme being in Marvel.

Been waiting for the dust to settle after that last secret wars. We might finally be coming close. Especially now that Knull has come and gone and the big Hulk Saga with the One Below All is wrapped up. Too much turmoil for several years to keep the series going.

The universe of energy sounds like 8,9,10 etc dimensions where a entity passes through the gateway of 7th dimension and enters the next octave where all is only energy and light but in this case being negative is energy and darkness

Not sure. I started this channel b/c I didn't think other channels went enough into the granular details. And I want to eventually show how Mark Gruenwald uses Quasar to pull various hanging threads and forgotten characters into how he conceptualizes the Marvel Universe. I am sure there are others. I like Comic Tropes for learning about obscure characters and artists/writer's careers. A long time follower of the channel is The Bronze Age of DC Comics if you are looking for older storylines. He's been pounding out videos long enough that he deserves mention.
