I’m glad you said this. Also it’s very weird that casuals (mcu fans) think Strange can’t beat Scarlet (based of that ONE line said by Agatha) when he literally took on Thanos with 4 stones and was holding his own and on top of that he was stone less. Where the level of power strange is at in the films he should be able to beat Wanda with some, if not no difficulty.

To be fair, the movies show a much less experienced Dr Strange, if the power boost he got between his own movie and infinity war is anything to go by then there’s a good bet that he’ll be pretty damn powerful in his second movie.

Classic Dr strange more so had access to more raw magical power through the... I think it's called the many angled ones, but modern Dr Strange does not have that level of access to that raw magical power because they cut him off. so in theory, previously he could do absolutely absurd inane random shit on command and could just solve a problem by finding a spell. Modern might be able to eventually do the same thing but would have to take a long and overly complicated route to do it. and even then it might not work. Classic Dr strange can use so much magical power TLT finds it impressive and a surprise. TLT would laugh at Modern strange in comparison. that's how I usually put it on a conceptual level.

@@eivor3975 I won't Say he was Better written before. Some of his early comics were an Absolute chore to get throught, and he had basicly no personality, besides doing magic. Modern has more of a personality and some of the storytelling Is way better. Of course there Is stuff from the Old that Is Better than the new, but It's not set in Stone.

Regardless, in all of history throughout marvel comics and currently, he has encountered several sources of power just as strong or more strong than said beings. And I mean in current comics Strange has a spell for nearly everything right now too but that doesn't mean that he or his old comics had issues where they encountered difficult situations I guess. And when was that shown or stated? I mean TLT used a spell on his to trap him with low effort and was surprised yes but if you read back and look at what they were and are consistently at, there is not much of a difference. Most of his high-tier feats were with very specific spells anyway and Dr. Strange in his recent comics has insane feats too. I believe that this designation of Classic and Modern Strange simply came from the comic run last days of magic, where his magical power was severely depleted. He eventually ofc got all of it back in its totality and even new sources of power to boot. And to top it off, a Marvel author was alr asked about the supposed difference between the 2 of them, he responded with nothing but their age.

Relativity is not the same as space and time literally being identical. As in moving through space is the same as moving through time. Like if you took a walk down to the store and ended up there yesterday.

Travelling through space and time is not the same as space and time literally being the same though lol. A realm where the length of something becomes a time frame is not something that relativity describes.

Simple Doctor Fate is stronger

They basically have all the same powers but Fate is more powerful and casts his magic instantaneously Plus his speed, strength and durability are better than Strange's. Even if he gets rid of the helmet, it would go back to Kent faster than Strange can react
