Darksiders 2 - All Stonebite Locations (All You Can Eat Buffet Trophy / Achievement Guide)

Complete Sticks and Stones [Bronze / 30G]
There are a total of 69 Stonebites in Darksiders II (34 Stones of Mystics, 25 Stones of Power, 10 Stones of Resistance). They are needed to finish a Side Quest called "Sticks and Stones". This Side Quest is given to you by a merchant called Blackroot who is located in the Fjord area in the western part of the Forge Lands.
Before you can reach all of the Relics you have to find all 40 pages of the Book of the Dead. Otherwise, you won't be able to collect two of the Power Stones inside Death Tomb IV. Once you have all Stonebites return to Blackroot for an awesome weapon and the "All You Can Eat Buffet" trophy / achievement. You can still reach all collectibles after beating the final boss! In some areas you will just have to use the Soul Splitter instead of your Ghosts.

to get to the third floor, go to the far right wing on the first floor. you climb the walls up from there while being chased by spikes (even if your returning/backtracking)... its the only way up.

These collectibles would be way less annoying, if developers did them right. How are you going to have over 139 collectibles, but then not having an overview/tracker attached to every map, so that you know which area is completed? Seriously, this is just mind boggling to me, especially from a game design perspective.

I didnt play the recent AC games, but at least u could track the 100 kid brother feathers chests etc., this feels underhanded, rushed and unfinished. At least the crucible is still free in this game and somewhat staying true to its predecesor. Unlike a certain sister's game we all know n hate cause darksouls wonnabees

11 years later, and I'm still playing the game LOL. Just beat my first run through, but I...never picked up this quest. For some insane reason, I thought it was a side quest you could only get on a second playthrough. Wish I would've looked this up. Im kicking myself in the ass so hard

Man... this is probably one of the most criminally annoying quest beside doing the crucible . I feel as if all collecting quest are left as a form of some king of punishment to the players.

The problem with the Crucible, is the constant crashing! Trying to do 100 waves, in a single sitting, to unlock Wicked K, on the 101st wave, is extremely annoying!

Rolf family you can do it 25 waves at a time and after beat 25 waves you can go straight to wicked k after and get the trophy

Clearly you never tried to get the trophy in assassins creed 3 by winning all games on the homefront. this pales in comparison. there actually are serious hate threads on it. i got mine but holy hell, it was literally hell. also the game crashes often when you crit too much for too much damage. once i got my definitive achievement i bumped it down to easy, unequiped my uber gear, and didnt suffer from crash syndrome after that. i know its ridiculous. but it works, that's all that matters for achievement clean up in this game lol

@@murtaza9669 You must talk to Blackroot in the Fjord first. He will give you the Lure Stone ability, without which you can't get the stonebites. He's the only reason they exist in the first place. They're for giving to him. It was shown in the very very beginning of the video.

To entre Judicators Tomb once you hace completed that mission, the only thing you need to do is: In the room with the two platforms and a column, you will be able to reach the column,but not the other side. So place the soul splitter on top of the column and push it to the other side.

For those needing #26, drop down (assuming your standing in front of the gates that are blocking you) at the opening in the fence to the outside of the dungeon and cross the bridge you see at 10:25. Immediately after crossing the bridge, enter the building on your right hand side. Climb all the way up to the top to see the lantern you need to turn around to activate the gates preventing you from getting No. 26. Hope this helps.

Resistance Stonebite #3 On top of the Breach fortress. You need to travel to the Fortress in the North West corner of The Maw, directly opposite the Breach Fortress. Turn the statue on top of that fortress to face the Breach Fortress to unlock the top gates, the stone is next to the chest that was previously unreachable. You can also turn the Breach statue around to face the other Fortress for a few chests there.

Brilliant video alot of work and no you cannot obtain these at any point in your game ideally you want to have it completed and have also unlocked all tombs for collecting the pages required. Main reason being as showes 2 power stones are located in 1 tomb. Anyway thanks again for helping me find my last one!!

How do you lower the spikes around the lantern statue at 10:30? I am up there but the spikes are raised, I cannot get to resistance #3.

I'm starting this PAINFULL walkthrough now !!! :( I have a few stones, but i'm missing like 20. Thanks for this wonderful video. :) be well and thumbs up for using ps3 :D

I figured it out dude. Go back across the bridge towards Sentinel's Gaze. With Sentinel's Gaze to your self and the bridge behind you, take a right into the runs there and climb up to the top. There should be a statue there with a beam of light. That should take the fences down. Hope this helps. :)
