i love it but damn im not the horseman of death I'm a flippin errand boy. Most of the game is a glorified fetch quest stopping you from going where you need to.

Why people complaining about a game being too long? Are you crazy? By the way I'm happy that they had be able to continue those games even though I forgot about the stories. Thanks for the video and now I can play Darksiders 3. I think they all doing their duty when War was still chained

Death gets revived at the end of DS1 right?

Dude I watched your other darksiders video for the first time last night and then this came out

So death dies in the end darksiders 2, then darksiders takes place. And in the end of darksiders war dies but then the 7th seal gets broken. So then both war and death come back at the end of darksiders?

So theres someone way stronger than lilith (which already looked quite strong), i'm guessing we'll fight him (probably someone of the council or someone who control them in the shadow) in the 4th episode, and i have the feeling fury will be fighting lilith in the next episode. Anyway, thanks for the sum up, i wasnt able to play darksiders 2 but i was looking to buy the third one, this video rly helps, thanks again :)

thank god these exist. i cant play 2. i just hate the design of it. Get this thing, Goes to get it, it was broken in 2, get this thing and i will give you one. This thing was broken into 3 pieces go get them. Who thought this long chain of fetch quests was a good idea, Along with the randomized gear. i just cant stand it. It did not age well

Man this story is cool

So basically Ds1 happens after 100 years after the seal was broken and war was imprisoned. Ds2 happens in the 100 years, death trying to free war and dies at the end by bringing back humanity. Ds3 also happens in the 100 year I don't the story sence I want to play the game but she probably dies or stay somewhere idk. Ds4 is still not here but it's most likely that it's the same And then after 100 years the seal is broken again and the horsemen are summoned whether they died or not they're summoned. And that's the end of Ds1 Meaning We don't know what happens after and that's the last thing that happened so far in time obviously. Is this it?

So Darksiders 2 takes place before 1?

So at the end of Darksiders 1 after War broke the horseman seal Death is resurrected right ?. Because the story of DS2 and DS3 was at 100 year time period when War was imprisoned. And when Death sacrificed himself at the end of DS2 he freed his brother War. Based on this DS3 story was before DS2 and the last thing that happened on the entire trilogy was War breaking the seal of the horsemans and summoning the other three horsemans. Did i got it right ?

The game was too long. It became really annoying because you had to get something and that thing was broken in pieces and when you got the thing you had to do the same with the next one. I didn’t finish it but i really enjoyed it at the beggining. Now ill start ds3. I hope it is good

But so, given that Darksiders 2 ends when War comes back to earth to proove he is not guilty, Death's sacrifice did not do anything and no humans were resurrected? Because when War comes back on earth to search the guilty, first there is no humans. I feel Darksiders 2 was super useless in the end...

Loved the first game, hated the second. I've tried playing it multiple times and every time i just quit bc imo they removed everything that was great about the first game.

This isnt a gripe about the video itself but maaaan, I got bored listening to that story, let alone playing it. Fetch quest - the game. It is actually pretty astonishing that with a decent formula and a weirdly likable character, the game was a chore. Ive tried it several times, and every time i get to the first key I just get bored. The gameplay never changes. Nothing does. The first game had a sort of constantly evolving gameplay loop, even though it was pretty samey throughout. The second game is just so convoluted and drab. The loot system is completely useless. Every part of the world is soooooo big and soooooo empty of everything. The game feels like its 90% padding. Its a crying shame because I recall the first game being rather fun. Also, as a random aside. It really bugs me that the story of war is never really concluded. 1st game ends on a sort of sequel bait. 2nd game kinda dicks around with a side narrative. 3rd game by the sound of it follows the 2nd games idea of doing something tangential.
