A repeat shows it was lying on the road in the right lane ahead of the blue car that launched it, not their fault, they had no way to avoid it. Dunno who to blame for this one, unacceptable. And they all have long driveways and one-way arrows painted on the ground (imperceptible from the road as they are concealed behind the smoke clouds from the large gatherings of young men banished to the nature strips outside the gates to _have a ciggie_ ) so if you're unfamiliar with the location there's no means of escape once you crest that final -launch pad- speed hump and spot the unnerving sight of a disproportionately high number of white vehicles all in one place...
