Segments like these are what separated "Late Night with David Letterman" from New York public access programs. Any show can have guests, any show can be funny, but who else would be willing to risk $400K worth of camera equipment for a laugh? Mr. David Letterman, that's who. And society is better because of it. Thank you, Mr. Letterman.

The good old workhorse, solid state, RCA TK47 camera... It's hilarious to think that the phone I'm posting this on now has better picture quality, editing features and a myriad of other things that could only be dreamed of back in 1990. And it fits in my pocket.... And it vibrates too. lol

Hahaha, that was amazingly, claustrophobically, stupidly funny. The pointless stunts were fantastic. Like the monkey cam or the year when they’d have a camera mounted on a track in the ceiling and it ran down to the desk like a roller coaster. Can’t remember the name of that one. Action Cam? Scream o vision? Something purposefully dumb like that, which was perfect for such a pointless, underwhelming gag! So good
